Pros: Good build quality. Cables are well made, easy to bend, and therefore easy to cable manage. Connectors are as tight as any SATA cable I’ve used in the past. The latches do their job perfectly and keep the cables connected to your SATA ports.

The configuration of most new motherboards and new cases means that 10″ is a very manageable length for your SATA cables.

No fancy packaging, you’re only paying for the cable itself.

Cable worked straight out of the packaging, and has been working since.

Cons: Wish they offered this specific cable in different colors?

Overall Review: I feel like I’ve written this review before, but Newegg seems to disagree… Oh well. Anyways, if you’re anything like me, you have a massive backlog of SATA cables collected through various component purchases, but it’s tough to figure out the specs on these generic cables. So whenever I need to bring a new SATA3 device online, I always buy a new SATA cable with it.

Pros: -6Gbps, reliable connection to my new Mushkin Chronos 240, lets that drive scream at full speed.

Cons: -I’m dumb for getting a 10″ cable, i overestimated its length.

Overall Review: Barely long enough to go from my mobo to the furthest hard-drive bay in my mid-tower. Forget any notions of routing, it’s nearly taut as is just plugged in.

Cons: The shipping is supper high. If you buy more then one and they all are in the same box why do you have to pay $6 shipping & handleing for each on? That is a total scam if you ask me.

Overall Review: Don’t list an item $1.99 and then rip people off on the shipping. Charge more for the item then charge actually shipping rates.
