Features

  • This TX4 4-pin multi-fan splitter cable connects to your motherboard and controls three PWM fans.
  • Since only one RPM signal can be read by one motherboard connector, only one 4 TIPS CONNECTOR of the fan splitter cable carries an RPM signal; thus the motherboard will only read the RPM signal of the PWM device that is connected to full 4-pin connector.
  • The other three male connectors are missing the pins of tachometric signal, ensure your fan speed monitor won’t bounce all over the place from getting three sense signals. Guarantee motherboard getting an accurate RPM signal.
  • Only one of the three fans sends its tach signal (the one with full 4-pin connector) reports its RPM, but the others will still follow the PWM signal.
  • Compatible with 4pin PMW fan connector and 3pin fan connector
  • Sleeved in a black is enhanced cable management, enclosure to provide a sleeker look that seamlessly integrates into the case’s interior
     

Note:

  • Only the fan on 4-pins connector is used for monitoring.
  • All connected fans are following the same PWM signa, speed control is the same for all fans when use fan controller software like AI stuite/Xspert FAN and EASY TUNE, etc
  • PWM capable connectors must necessarily be 4-pin, but not all 4-pin motherboard connectors implement or enable the PWM signal modulation by default. Please carefully consult your motherboard documentation in this respect.

– Lengths were consistent

Overall Review: I would recommend if you only need 4 fans from the SYS_FAN header. I have 7 in my NR200 and started with 4.

Pros: It’s a splitter and it does split

Cons: Only 3 out of 4 ports that were split work. Tried numerous fans and swapped ports. Main connection that goes to the motherboard was loose so unless you wiggle the cable or take it apart and fix it the fans don’t all work at the same time

Overall Review: Would have been a great product if it worked as intended. Too many connections going into the one main port caused a point of failure. Going to spend a bit more money to get a better “hub” for customer project.

Cons: Some colored wires are still exposed at the end of the shrink tube. It’s kind of silly to shrink tube the ends, if you’re not going to be careful to really cover the ends.

Overall Review: Nice flexible splitter cable. All of the connections work. Even with a mix of 3 pin and 4 pin fans in the case. Helped clean up the wire management in my case a lot too.

Pros: Build quality, price

Overall Review: This worked as it should, was shipped in 3 days and has 3 fans connected. The only thing I would advise is checking the out put of the connection you are going to plug into, it the out put is to low, you risk burning out the connection on the board.

Pros: Cable is a 4pin female to 1 4 pin Male and 3, 3 pin Male.
4 pin male is direct from 4 pin Female and 3 pin male are parallel to 4 pin Male.

Cable sleaving only slightly loose from pin headers. Allows for more flexibility. Seems cheap at first but doesnt impact quality aesthetic.

Cons: Budget solution to a multi fan controler.
Fans will probably run slower than top speed
Get a good mobo to be sure about power delivery limits from fan headers.

Overall Review: Passable, to decent quality product with minor technicalities that neither this product, nor the mobo manufacturers will provide further info for.
