Pros: -One of the best performing 3080s on the market

Cons: AIO pump is not quiet nor are the fans so don’t expect to have your computer run relatively quiet at idle.

Memory temps are just as bad as FE and other AIOs despite being water cooled with a large copper plate covering all components with pads.

Overall Review: I was getting max memory tempurates of 106C while gaming with this card. I don’t mine and have to assume that if I did the memory would easily be throttling at 110c.

As you can see from the attached photo when I pulled the card apart to put better pads on the memory and between the back of the PCB and the metal back plate the stock pads for the GDDR6x were either missing as seen on the top module or misaligned as seen on the modules to the right of the GPU die.

This card for some reason doesn’t have pads between the back of the PCB and the metal back plate and while not entirely necessary you may as well put them on if you are taking the card apart anyway.

Thermals on the memory went from 106C to 84C max temps after swapping out the pads.

Luckily I’m in the US so putting thermal pads on the memory won’t void my warranty but if you are outside the US good luck.

Getting a card with missing pads from the factory is a big yikes and gives me zero confidence in Gigabyte quality control.

Pros: Its a 3080

Cons: -It feels cheaply made
-like everyone else parts of the plastic fell off
-temps arent even that much of a noticeable difference for being water cooled
-expensive

Overall Review: Its a good all around card but for the price and quality I would look elsewhere

Pros: Cool on core and vram temps
Easy to install

Cons: Low availability

Overall Review: I really liked this gpu. The installation is seemless, no need to plug into fan pwm. Just plu directly into the pcie slot and you are done

Pros: -Extremely fast
-Holds clocks well
-Cooler works well.
-Install was straight forward

Cons: -Tubing is a little stiff coming from the radiator which made routing the tubes a little funky in the case
-Cost more than it should

Overall Review: This is an extremely fast card that has great clocks speeds and a great AIO cooler. If its available then I recommend it.

Pros: This has built in hybrid water cooling that has none of the problems of that ver. 1 of the card that I have found yet.
Fans and pump are so quilt that I can not hear them when they are running and are keeping the GPU around 37C. to 48C.
For idea how it runs under 3dmark using ASRock X570 creator mother board, AMD ryzen 9 3900x cpu and G.SKILL Trident Z Neo (For AMD Ryzen) Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin RGB DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory.
3dmark benchtest score Time Spy 16798 great
graphics score 18248
Port Royal ray tracing 11909 good
Best thing over all is that the price is less than half of the 3090 version of this card.

Cons: Other than being shipped from China to here, which added days in shipping time. Ihave found no other cons to buying or using it.

Overall Review: A great video card for the money. Enjoying using it.

Note: you will most likely have to mount the 2x120mm raditor fan unit on the bottom of the case for cooling.

Pros: -Temps around 50c while gaming in 2k ultra
– Runs stock at 2,045mhz boost
– Crushes everything I throw at it game wise
– Sweet little Aorus action figure guy in the box(son loved it)

Cons: It’s a watercooled 3080, ummmm nothing

Overall Review: Was lucky enough to get this in a Newegg shuffle and its been a Rockstar. So much so that yesterday I stood in line at some unnamed store for 7hrs and was able to get a FE 3080ti. But decided to throw the 3080ti in my wife’s PC and keep this Aorus 3080 in my build 😉

Pros: So it really does run cool, how cold? Ice cold! Ha oh Andre 3000, IM A FATHER!!!! Anyways the card does the most important thing, runs cool and performs amazing. I still suck at tarkov and I wanna blame the card brah but lets be fair.. its tarkov. I took off the factory fans and put some lian li unis on it because someone said Ill get a girlfriend if I do that and guess what, success.

The card really is dope looking and runs cold, thats what I care about and thats what you should care about because I remember Im always right because I have a girlfriend.

Cons: Installed card vertically, came to check out reviews of the card I just won on the shuffle. Everyone was crying WAAAA THE SHROUD IS FALLING OFF WAAAAA, I laughed because Im a man and have a girlfriend. Looked at my card and the shroud was hanging off. I then in that moment was dumped by my girlfriend. Anyways the shroud doesnt fall off if vertical, you just have to be smarter than the card and the people who didnt put good adhesive on.

Overall Review: Highly highly recommend it brah if you have huge bank for a great gpu with a aio.. the aio has good tubing though

Pros: Excellent cooling, nice lighting

Cons: There is clearly some problem with the adhesive used to hold the plastic panels on the front. Mine fell off, just like the another reviewers, within 72 hours of installation and only a few hours of use. The fallen panel is easy to stick back on with some glue.

Despite the excellent water cooling, the card is not suited for “extreme” overclocking. It only has two power inputs and so is limited to 350watts unless an unsupported BIOS is flashed.

Overall Review: The card should have better build quality. Functionally, it has no problems.
